Notes: Crucial Aunt is our flagship double IPA Crucial Taunt with a ton of natural mango purée and nectar added to it. We used over 100lbs of mango purée for a 15BBL batch. We also increased the Citra on the dry-hop addition to enhance the citrus/fruity aromatics. This is straight up mango juice. No other way to describe this. (8.2%)
