Notes:We don’t see a lot of Kohatu hops around the brewery so, for NZ Hop Week, we had to drop them in our single hop, Chroma series to let them shine. Chroma uses a pared down, soft and pillowy base recipe to highlight the blend of tropical fruits and resinous pine found in Kohatu hops. (8.2%)
