We chose Southern Cross and Motueka in the whirlpool for their superior, hot-side tropical fruit and candied lemon-lime flavors and Rakau and Nelson in the dry hop – a favorite combo at Garage Project – for the tropical, white wine and sweet grapefruit aromatics and flavor (10.5%)
