Glassware: Badass Stemmed Glass that we don’t know the name of
Notes: I Will Not Be Afraid is an immensely enjoyable Tree House Imperial Milk Stout. We taste intense syrupy dark chocolate, caramelized candy sugar, chocolate covered espresso beans, and a hint of cherry cola. This beer is luxurious and silky, like chocolate clouds, yet never relies on an overly saccharine complexion to bring out the intense and complex flavors we have worked so diligently to impart (9.3%)
Style: Bock
Container: 500ml Bottle
Glassware: Stemmed Balloon
Notes: Full-bodied and sparkling with an effervescent mouthfeel. Thus, the Vitus does not taste like a typical Bock beer but more like a noble, fruity wheat beer. Perfect with red meat, strong cheese and also able to guide desserts. (7.7%)
Style: Bourbon Barrel Aged Oatmeal Stout
Container: 12oz bottle
Glassware: Stemmed Balloon
Notes: Velvet Merkin is the beer that almost wasn’t…Indeed, this vintage oatmeal stout’s comical (or is it scandalous?) name went off the grid for several years, but now it’s back due to popular demand. Velvet Merkin is aged for a full year in retired spirits barrels from Heaven Hill, Woodford Reserve and others, yet manages to offer mind-boggling balance and restraint. You will wig out when you taste Velvet Merkin’s rich milk chocolate, bourbon and espresso flavors, preceded by aromas of vanilla, coconut, toasted oak and mocha. .(7.9%)
