When the first container from El Salvador arrived this year, we immediately took about 1,400 lbs of the natural processed Tuxpal and poured it into bourbon and rye barrels we received from FEW Spirits. These “light weights” quickly became intoxicated and took on the character from the barrels, adding a nice fruity, boozy accent to the already juicy blood blend.
